WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Development Dir
application for site plan approval submitted by Picket &Associates, Inc., re
the St. Lucie County Development Review Committee on this application,
determinations:
Exxon Mobil is a 3,516 square foot retail store with 8 associ
and a 1,152 square foot car wash proposed for a 1.52 acre
located at the northeast corner of the intersection of South
1 and Prima Vista Boulevard.
The Development Review Committee has reviewed the
proposed project and found it to meet technical requirem~
Development Code and to be consistent with the SI
Comprehensive Plan.
The revised project is consistent with the general purpose, (,
and standards of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:

(2) Facade Designs

State and Federal regulatory authorities, including but not limited to; the U~ited States Army Corps

Management District, prior to the issuance of any local building perrrits of authorizations to
commence development activities on the property described in Part B.
E. The certificate of capacity, issued through Administrative Order CD-01-015 shall be valid for
the same period as this order. If this order expires or otherwise terminates, :he certificate of capacity
shall automatically terminate.
F. A copy of this amended Development Order shall be mailed, return receipt requested to the
developer and agent of record as identified on the site plan applications.
G. A copy of this amended Development Order shall be attached t( the site plan drawings
described in Part B, which plan shall be on file with the St. Lucie County C3mmunity Development
Director.
H. This Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie Cc unty.
