day of September, 1975 and on the 20th day of December, 1976
filed liens against the property described as:

Sunland Gardens
against the parties in possession or appearing to have an
interest of record being: Hovard F. HoMe and 8ovard F. aar~
Setate c/o Dorotby Hore, M~., in the amounts of $10.10 and
$4.75, said liens being recorded in O.R. Book 243 at pages 1989
through 1995 and in O.R. Book 261 at pages 1086 through 1092, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, F2orida, and does hereby .
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction thereof, including
accrued interest, from Cbicago ?itle Iasnrance Co~pany and hereby
consents that the same shall be discharged and satisfied of
record.

was authorized to execute this Satisfaction of Lien by Board
