20. Lender ia Po~asesaiop, Upon acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonm~nt of the Property, Lender (by
judicially appointed roceiver) shall be entitled to enter upon, take possession uf and manage the Propeny and to co!lect the
rents of the Property including those past due. Any rents collectod by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to
payment of the costs of management of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited tu, receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment of ali sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security ~
lnstrument withaut charge to Borcower. Borcower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attoroeys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note. "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
