This cause came on for trial April 25', 1986 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
` 1. DISSOLUTION OF IrlARRIAG$. The marriage between
GEORGE MOODY and HELEN A. MOODY be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CDSTODY AND SHARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.

K The primary physical residential custody of the minor child, [

~ GEORGE MOODY, JR., born October 12, 1983, is awarded to
~
~
~ the Wife, granting to the Husband reasonable rights of
~
~
~ visitation and shared parental responsibility. The shared
~
~ parental responsibility shall include, but not be limited
to, the minor child`s social, medical and general welfare,
religious participation, education and all other items with
reference to the responsibility of parents. .
The parties shall use all reasonable effort to
~ maintain free access in order to create a feeling of affection
~
between the child and each of the parties. Neither of the
