O. Drawer 700, Ft. Pierce, FL 33454. The Wife is ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised in writing of her
mailing and residential addresses at all times while any
payments are to be made to her. The Husband shall promptly
notify the Clerk of Court of all changes in his mailing
and residence addresses, and all changes in the name and
address of his employer.

In addition to the payments for child support
~
as above set out, the Husband shall pay to the Clerk of _
~Court three percent of each payment which is hereby assessed
as a fee for his servi~es. Each payment by the Husband
_ shall~ be allocated first to the Clerk's fee and costs, next
to current child support, next to arrearage on child support
(including reimbursement for welfare benefits), and finally
to any remaining obligation unless otherwise ordered by
the Court. I

If the Husband falls in arrears ~n any support I
payment, the Clerk of Court is auth~orized to summon the
~ Husband to appear and give a sworn statement as to his current
employment status and sources of income. The Husband may
Ue summoned to appear before the Clerk by sheriff service
or by registered mail, return receipt requested, and the
l' cost thereof shall be reimbursed by the Husband. Failure
of the Husband to appear before the Clerk after being properly
summoned, shall be deemed in contempt of court and punished
y ~ as such.
The child support payments ordered herein are
subject to further orders of this Court for income deductions
pursuant to Section 61.181, Florida Statutes 1984. Upon
~
the payment of any support ordered herein becoming delinquent
more than 30 days, the Clerk of Court shall promptly apply
for an order of income deduction, if appropriate, or enforce
the terms of this Judgment by any civil or criminal remedies
available by law.
