6. MBDICAL AND DBNTAL.
(a) The Husband, at his expense, shall
maintain a policy of dental insurance for the benefit of
the minor child.
(b) The Wife is to continue to carry through
her present employer the medical insurance coverage for
the minor child presently in force.
(c) In the event the Wife's employment
should change and similar medical coverage is available,
at no cost to her, the Wife shall continue to carry such
medical insurance coverage for the minor child. In the
event such medical insurance coverage is available, but
at a cost to the Wife, the Husbanci shall either pay to the
W~fe the cost of such insurance, or provide a similar policy
- at his sole expense, as well as the dental insurance.

~ (d) Any drug, medical, hospital, doc~or,
dental, orthodontal or optical expense incurred for the
~ benefit of the minor child not covered by insurance shall

i be divided equally between the parties and each party shall

= pay onehalf thereof.
~ 7. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The Court
determines the sum of $1,250 to be a reasonable fee to be
paid to the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and
the Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, attorney
for the Wife, the sum of $500 toward said fee, and onehalf
~ ~ of the taxable costs of $345.35, for a total of $672.65, ~

in the manner following: $336.35 within forty-five days
from the date of this Judgment, and $336.30 within ninety
~ days from the date of this Judgment.
8. JORISDICTZON. Jurisdiction of this cause
and of the parties hereto is retained for the enforcement
of the provisions of this Final Judgment and the entry of
