JUDGF.AIENT AND RELEASE
KPOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That RICKY MORIANI and LINDA MORIANI, individually
and as next friends and natural guardians of SCOTT SEILHYMER,
a minor, do hereby acknowledge full payment of the Final
Jutigem~n~ hereto€ore entered in said cause; and the Plainitffs
to hereby rEquest and direct the Clerk Of the above entitled
Court to cancel and satisfy of record the Final Judgement
heretofore entered in said cause; and
That RICKY MORIANI and LINDA MORIANI, acting in
their severa2 capacities as next friends and natural guar3ians
- of SCOTT SEILHYMER, a minor, and individually, do hereby,
_ in consideration of th~ total sum of $9,200.00 to them
zn hand paid in accordance with the requirements of said
Final Judgement the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
do remise, release and forever discharge the Defendant,
ROBERT RUSSELL, as well as Protective Casualty Insurance
Company and Protective Adjustment Company, and all persons,
firms or Corporations in privity with them of and from
the said Final Judgement rendered in the said cause, and
all manners of actions, causes of action and damages, past,
present and furture belonging tQ or sustained by the Plaintiffs
in said cause, account of any and all injuries now known
or herein after known resulted of and froin t~e accident
