RELEASE AND SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE DEED
WHFREAS, MANNIE LAWRENCE HOLMES, JR. and JEANNE ;
ANN HOLMES, his wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida (hereinafter
called "Mortgagors") issued to Cities Service Oii Company,
a Delaware corporation, on October 21, 1963, a Mortgage Deed
recorded in Baok 73, Pages 633-636 in the Office of the Clerk
for St. Lucie County, Florida, covering a certain tract of
land in said Lucie County more particul.arly described as follows:
The West 70 feet of the North Z50 feet of the
East Half of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range
40 East.
WHEREAS, CITIES SERVICE OIL AND GAS CORPORATION,
a Delaware corporation, is the successor-in-interest tv Cities
Service Oil Company with respect to the above-described Mortga~e
Deed, following merger of Cities Service Oil Company into Cities
Service Company, a Delaware corporation, under a Certificate
of Ownership filed in the Office of the Secretary of State
of Delaware on December 20, 1978, and operatian of the Assignment
and Assumption Agreement dated September 8, 1983 from Cities
Service ~ompany to Cities Service Oil and Gas Corporation;
WHEREAS, payment and satisfaction of the debt
secured by the Mortgage Deed has occurred, and it is now appro-
` priate for the Mortgage Deed to be cancelled and released; .

NOW THEREFORE; CITIES SERVICE OIL AND GAS

CORPORATION, as successor-in-interest to Cities Service Oil
Company as afore-said, does hereby release, cancel and surrender

the above-described Mortgage Deed, reconveying, remising and
~
~ quitclaiming unto the Mortgagors, their heirs, successors and
~
; assigns, any and all interest in the subject property conveyed
~
~ under said Mortgage Deed.
