NEILL, as to an undivided 1/4 interest; and INDRIO COMPANY, a Florida
corporation, as to an undivided 1/4 interest, hereinafter called the
grantor, to: WYNNE BUILDING C~RPORATION, a corporation existing
under the laws of the State of FZorida, with its permanent post office

hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include
all the parties of this instrument and the heirs, legal represen-
tatives and assigns of individuals, and thz successors and
assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
That part of Sections 6 and 7, Townshig 34 South, Range 39
East, lying East of the right-of-way of Interstate Highway
I-95, St. Lucie COuntg, Florida.
SUBJECT TO rights of way, easements and reservations of
record; and PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE OF EVEN DATE HEREWITH.
Subject property is not no~a nor has it ever been the homestead of
grantor.
TOGETHER with all tha tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging ar in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby cov~nants with said grantee that the
grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simpl4; that the
grantor has goad right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land; that the grantor hereby fu21y warrants the title io said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, Pxcept
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1985.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has hereunto set their hand
