lying East of the right of way of Interstate Highway I-95, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A FIRST PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
RELEASE CLAUSE:
A tract of 125 acres vaill be released at closing. This
tract will be selected by mortgagor - suoject to suitabl~ ingr.ess
and egress provision to lands encumbered by this mortgage.
Thereafter, tracts of not less than 80 acres contiguous to
lands previously released will be released at the rate of onP (1)
acre per $3,6C10 reduction in principal of this martgage, with
credit being given for al~ principal payments made, and with
ad~quate access to the public road system being maintained. If by
a deed or foreclosure, title to lands encumbered by this mortgage
becomes vested in the mortgagees and the mortgagor has developed
property lying between said land and the public road system in
St. Lucie County, Florida, then mortgagor does hereby, and ~ill
confirm in a recordable instrument, grant to mortgagees an ease-
ment over and across roadways constructed by mortgagor lying
` between such lands and the aforesaid public roads.
