RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESFNTS: That DIAMOND LUMBER, INC., a
foreign cQrporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida,
hereinafter referred to as Plaintiff in the above-styled cause,
whzrein a Final Judgment was entered by the above-named Court on the
22nd day of November, 1985, in the amount of $180,633.65 plus interest
thereon, against TBG TAURUS EQUITIES, INCORPORATEU, hereinaf ter
referred to as Defendant, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and f4r the County of St. Luci.e, State of
Florida, in Official Records Book 484, Page 948, and a certified copy
thereof having been recorded in Official Records Book 492, Page 1832,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration
of the sum of Sixteen Thousand and no/~00 ($16,000.00) Dollars, to it
in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said Defendant at the time of
the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
reZease said judgment lien from the following real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 7 of &heen's Map of WHITE CITY, as ~er plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 1, Page 23 nf the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida~ in
Section 3, Township 36 ~outh, Range 40 Eas~,
lying and situated in St. Lucie County, Flarida.
