20. Ler~ in P~ion. Up~n acceleration under paragraph 19 or abandonment of the Ptoperty, Lender (by judicially appointed
receiver) shall be e~tiUed to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the Property incuding those
past due. Arry rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of management ot the Propacty
and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, recei~rer's fees, premiums on receive~'s bonds and reasonable attorneys' tees, end
then to the sums secured by this SeCUrity Instrument
21. Release. Upon payment of all ~ums secured by this Securiiy Instrument, Lander shall refease this Security Ustrument without
charge to Bonower. Borrow~er shall pay any recardation casts.
