Mortgagees acknoWledge that they have concurrently with the execution and delivery of this instrument, conveyed the above d2scribed property to I Mortgagors and further acknowledge that said property is currently encumbered fI by that certain wraparound mortgage dated Uctober 22, I979, from Joseph I~ Hanmer and Josephine Hamn~r, his t~ife~ to Reino A. Mortgagees warrant that the Harkonen mortgage is a wraFr-around of that certain- mortgage dated j Decemoer 7, 1977, fran Reino A. Harkonen to Dorothy Lane Waters for said ~r~ortgage, recorded in O. Mortgagees further warrant that the Harkonen mortgage ~i is in good standing and has a current outstanding principal balance of ~$13,613.98.
