Mortgagees acknoWledge that they have concurrently with the execution and
delivery of this instrument, conveyed the above d2scribed property to
I Mortgagors and further acknowledge that said property is currently encumbered
fI by that certain wraparound mortgage dated Uctober 22, I979, from Joseph
I~ Hanmer and Josephine Hamn~r, his t~ife~ to Reino A. Harkonen, which said
~ mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 319, page 1361, of the Public Records of
!i St. Lucie County, Florida, in the origina2 principal sum of $19~000.00
i~ (hereinafter referred to as the HARKONETI mortgage) . Mortgagees warrant that
the Harkonen mortgage is a wraFr-around of that certain- mortgage dated
j Decemoer 7, 1977, fran Reino A. Harkonen to Dorothy Lane Waters for said
~r~ortgage, recorded in O. R. Book 278~ page 1474, of the Public Records of St.
i Lucie Countyo Florida. Mortgagees further warrant that the Harkonen mortgage
~i is in good standing and has a current outstanding principal balance of
~$13,613.98. Mortgage~s agree that it shall continue to be their ~
I~ responsibility to promptly pay and discharge all obligations under the ~
Harkonen mortgage as they become due. Mortgagees further agree to indeamify !
j~ and hold Mortgagor harmless of ana from any claim, loss or damage on account !
j; of the existence of the Harkonen mortgage and further agree that if they fail
` to pro~tly pay any sum due under the Harkonen ~ortgage, then tior'tgagor, at
~ its option, may pay the same and deduct the amount of such payment, together
