21, Releas~e. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shal! pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall inctude any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
