I hereby agree that in consideration of my request for the
extension of water service and/or sewer service to my propertp under the
conditions above mentioned, that if my property becomes~contiguous to
the City LimiCs of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, as euch term is
defined in the laas of Florida~ then this application shall be
considered as application for the annexation of my property (above
described) to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
I further agree that this nnderstanding and agreement shall be
binding upon my heirs, successors or aesigns and that this docunent may
be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie Countq, Florida, for the
purpose of serving as notice of the te~cros of this agreenent upon my
heirs, successors or assigns. '
