~ 2. The Lessee nereby agrees to pay an initial annual lease fee, plus
~ sales tax pursuant to Section 212.031, Florida Statutes, if applicable, of
S 20, 626. 77 Plus any additional balances due as detennined by the Departlnent
. V of Nat~al Resources as agent for the lessor pursuant to Section 16Q-21.11,
F,A.C. 'Ifie annual fee for the rgnaining years of the lease shall be adjusted
purs~.iant to provisio~s of Section 16¢21.11, F.A.C. The LeSSee will be notified
in writing, in advanc~, of the a~nount and clue date af the annual payment. ZY~e
lease fee shall be renitted annually to the Departirent of Natural Reso~sces as
the agent for the Lessor, beginning with the effective and due date of this
lease, and each year thereafter until the tean of this lease ternninates or
~~cpire~. Zfie lease fee shall be autah~tically adjusted by the Lessor upon
adoption of a rule revising the lease feej arxi the revised fee, rnce adapted,
shall be due on the next annual payrn~nt date and for tt~e r~naining ternn of this
iease until further adjustments are adopted or termination of this lease. 5ttch
adjustment may include a rne-time preniun to the lessor based upon enhanc+P~ent
of the value of the adjacent upland property.
