oorrect, needed to adlcul,atte the lease fee specffied in pnraqtaph two (2)

' 6. The Lessee shall pny a late ch~rge e~que~l to interest at tbe rate
of twelve pero~nt (12t) per annum fram the die date until pdid an any lense
fees or ather charges due hereunder which are not peid wlthin 30 days of their
~e dates .
7. 1l~e Lessee, ~n a~eeptinq this len~ae, doe~ hereby ayree that no
claim of title or interest to said lands t~ereinbefore describe~d st?all be mnde
by reason of the ax~pency ct use thereaf; that all title and interest to said
land hereinbefare described are vested in the Board. -
8. Zt~e lease qranted to the named Lessee shaYl not be subleaaed, assic~r~ed
ar o~th~rwise transferred without prior raritten aonsent af the Honrd and/or any
ath~r ~2y authorized aq~t. Any sublease, assignment or othPr tr~sfer ~dth~ut
prior ~itten oonsent af the Board ahall be nutl a~d wi~i and without 1eqa1
effect.
9. Tfiis lease is given to the Lessee to use or ooaipy the leased
presaiaea for t~~os~ purpa~ses specif ied herein, and tt~e Lessee ahall c~at permit
the leased p~re~aises o~r any pnrt t,he.reof to be usec3 or o~wpied for anY P~P~e
or busineas vther than herefn specified, r~ar shall he lo~vwingly peaait or
suffer any nuisanees ar illegal c~perations of any k.ind an the leased premises.

oonditirn, keeping the structures arcl equipaent located therean ~n e c~ooa
state of repair in the 3n~erests of public he~lth, safety and welfare. Z'he
Lessee agrees that the lease~ preaises are subject to inspection by the Lessor
cr its designated agent at any reasanabie time.
11. Withfn 10 days after r~ec~eipt of a fonmally exrec.vter3 lease, the
Lessee shall sub~ait a aigned and notarized affidavit vprifyinq that all portions
of the facility are entirely within the area oo~u~red by this lease, arn3 that the
oonfiquratian is cansistent with Attac~m~t(s) A.
12. Tl~e Lessee hereby oo~s~ants arul aqrees to investiqate all claims
of every natwce at its ~se, and to indamffy, defend ac~ h~ld and sav+e
hamtless the Board af Ttustees of the Internal ~ra~t Trust T~a~d and/or
the State of Florida fraa a12 cla~ms, actians, lawsuits ar~d demer~ds arisinq
out of this lense, to the extent allawed by law.
