Withfn 10 days after r~ec~eipt of a fonmally exrec.vter3 lease, the Lessee shall sub~ait a aigned and notarized affidavit vprifyinq that all portions of the facility are entirely within the area oo~u~red by this lease, arn3 that the oonfiquratian is cansistent with Attac~m~t(s) A. 12.
