titled under Florida law shall be allawed to moor or dock within, or otherwise
use the leased area unless such vessel is registered or titled in accard with
Ch~pter 327 arx~ Ch~pter 328, Florida Statta~es.

23. Tt~e Lessee, at its awn expense, shall record this lease in the
official records of St. Lucie Cotnty within 10 days after receipt of
a Fully execut~d copy of this lease, and sha11 provide the Board with a aooy
of the recorded lease indicating the book and page at which the lease is
recorded.
