GENERAL CONDITIONS:
b. The permittee shall retain at the facility or other
location designated by this permit records of a11
monitoring inf ormatio~ (including all calibration and
maintenance records and all ori~inal strip chart
recordings for continuous monitoring instrumentation),
copies of all reports required by this percnit, and ~
records of all data used to complete the application f or '
this permit. The time period of retention shall be at
least three years f rom the date of the sample ,
a~easurement, report or application unless otherwise ;
speci f ied by department ru le .
c. Records of monitoring information shall include: ,
- the date, exact place, and time of sampling or ~
measurements;
- the person responsible for performing the sampling or
measurements; -
- the date(s) analyses were performed; -
- the person responsible for performing the analyses;
- the analytical techniques or methods used; and ~
- the zesults of such analyses.
15. When requested by the departsnent, the permittee shall within
a reasonable time furnish any information required by law which is
needed to determine compliance with the permit. If the permittee
becomes aware that relevant facts were not submitted or were
incorrect in the permit application or in any report to the
departsnent, such facts or information shall be submitted or
corrected promptly.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS: .
1. Dock #1 wi31 be completed by November, 1985 and dock ~2
will be completed no later than November, 1986. Dock ~1 will be
occupied to capacity before any slips in Dock #2 are occupied.
2. Approval f or the construction of docks #3 and 4 is
contingent upon the permittee providing reasonable assurance that ~
state water quality standards will not be violated. Data gathered ,
as a result of the monitoring required by this permit will be ~
utilized in this cietermination. A minimum of two years monitorinq
data for dock ~1 shall be available prior to consideration for
authorization of constru~tion of docks #3 and ~4. The permittee
