SPECIFIC CONDITIONSs
must receive written approval from~the Department before
constructing docks t3 and 14.
3. The permittee shall provide the Department copies of the
dock master's logs pertaining to the number of boats occupying the
slips. These logs shall be submitted to the ~ureau of Standard
Permitting on a quarterly basis beginning three months after the
initial occupancy of dock #1. ,
4. There shall be no Iiveaboards either temporary or ~
germanent allowed at this facility.
5. There shall be no transient hoat traffic, slip rentals,
or fueling facilities at this facility.
6. A minimum of one sewage pumpout facility at each of the
four docks shall be provided prior to dock occupancy.
7. Floating absorbant oil and qzease baoms shall be placed
and maintained around the perimeter of each of the four docks.
8. Wave arrestors shall be placed to extend a maximum of
twe feet below the neap tide level but in no case shall extend _
within one foot of the existing bott~n sediments.
9. A detailed shoreline stabilization and revegetation plan
shall be developed by the permittee and submitted to the Hureau of
Permitting within 90 days of the issuance of this permit. The
p2an shall be approved by the Bureau of Permitting and implemented
by the permittee within 90 days of notice by the Department that
the plan is acceptable. .
The plan_developed shall include provisions for
identification of eroded areas, removal of exotic plant species
within a 75 ft. wide shoreline preservation zone, and revegetation
by native species, as well as provisions for further erosion
abatement measures such as rip-rap if ne~essary. The permittee is
encouraged to work with the Depart~nent's Port St. Lucie Office,
Dredge and Fill Permitting Section in development o£ this plan. ;
