An effective mesns of turbidity control shall be ~ utilized during all construction activiti~s which may result in ~ violations of State Water Qualfty Standarde. (Florida Administrative Code Rule 17-3.) MONITORING REQUIRED: Water Quality . • i Description: Dissolved oxygen, oils and greases, total and fecal colifona. Freguency: Quarterly. A dissolved oxygen diel sampling program, with the first sample taken within one hour of sunrise and continuing at four hour intervals for a 24 hour period. Oils and greases, and total and fecal coliform to be sampled for a minimum of once during each diel period. The fizst samplinq date is to be iim?ediately after construction and prior to occupancy of the respective dock. Subsequent quar~erly sampling shall commence immediately for dock #1. Subsequent quarterly sampling foz dock ~2 shall begin when 50$ of the sZips are sold. Sampling sha12 continue until a decision is made on the constru~tion of docks #3 and #4.
