SPECIFIC C~NDITIONS: ~

Frequency: Yearly. The first sampling date is to be
immediately af ter construction and prior to
occupancy of the respective dock. Subsequent yearly
sampling shall continue until a decision is made on
the construction of dock 13 and 4.

Locatioo: At locations A, e, C, and D shown in the permit
diagrams. •
All monitoring data shall be submitted within one week of
analysis wi~h documents containing the-following information: (1)
permit number; (2) dates of sampling and analysis; (3) a statement
describing the methods used in collection, handling, storage and
analysis of the samples; (4) a map indicating the sampling
locations ~nd (5) a stateme~t by the iodividua2 responsible for
implementation of the ~ampling program concerninq the
authenticity, precision, limits of detection and accuracy of the
data. '
Monitoring repcrts shall also include the following
iizformation for each sample that is taken: ,
tl) time of day samples taken;
(2) water temperature (C°); ~
(3) salinity;
(4? depth of water bady; ,
(51 depth of sample;
(6) antecedent weather conditions;
(7) tidal stage and direction of f low; and -
(8> wind direction and velocity.
