TYacy C. Wright, who first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. TYiat she is the Notary Public who signed as a witness and
completed the aclmowledgment for Lena King on June 26, 1986,
in ±he attached C,orrective Warranty Deed.
2. That all contents of said Conrective Warranty Deed were
recited to Lena King and she was fully advised of the contents
therein.
3. That Lena King is alert and competent, but due to advanced age
and failing eyesight, Lena King executed the attached Corrective
Warranty Deed by making her mark thereon, intending same to be
her signature.
