AIORTCACE PREPAYMENT RIDER
(F7.ORIDA FHA)
This Rider, dated the 25th day of J~e , lg 86 ~
amends the ltortgage of even date by and betaeen Leo Lessard, a single adult
~ , Che Mortgagor,
and Alliance Mortgage Company, a corporation orga~ized and existing under the
lavs of ttie State of Flortda, the Mortgagee, as follows:
1. In the first numbered paragraph, paragraph 1, Lhe sentence which reads ~
as follos~s ia deleted:
"Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whale, or in an amount equal ~
to one or more monthly payments on the principal that are next due on ~
the note. on the first day of any month prior to maturity: Provided, ~
however, that written notice of an intention to exercise such {
privilege is given at least thfrty (30) days prior to prepayment."
2. The first numbered paragraph, paragraph 1, is amended by the addition
of the following: j
