~ Establish and Expand Visitation Rights and for Emergency
i Relief and this Court having considered the matters (

~ regarding the emergency relief and both Petitioner and

~ Respondent having been present and both parties having

~ been represented by their respective counsel and the Court

! having heard the testimony of Petitioner and Respondent

~ and this Court having spoken with the minor child, April

~ Colleen Carter, and the Court having heard arguments of

+ counsel and this Court having found and determined that it

~ has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter

~ of this cause based upon the Uniform Child Custody

~ Jurisdiction Act as set forth in Florida Statutes 61.1302
