ten consecutive days and nights commencing June 30, 1986 ;

through July 3, 1986. Said visitation shall be subject to

the following supervision and restrictions: ~

A. The sole territorial restriction as to said ~
visitation shall be that the visitation must take place in
the State of Florida, and the Petitioner or her Husband or ~
any persons acting on behalf of the Petitioner shall not '
~
be permitted to remove the minor child from the State
of Florida during said visitation. Otherwise, it is I,
~
anticipated that the Petitioner may wish to take the minor ~ i
child to Disney World or to some other attraction or area ( I
within the State of Florida durin said visi a io ~
~ g t t n, and it

~ is the intention of this Court to
~ permit the Petitioner to
~ take the minor child to other areas within the State of '
~
. Florida during said visitation. ~

~ B. The soZe supervisioraal xequirement during said
f visitation shall be that the Division of Youth Services of
j the State of Florida Health and Rehabilitative Services
I
~J Office is hereby directed to make unannounced visits to
I
i the motel wherein the Petitioner will be staying with the
~
~ minor child during said visitation or at such other place
i
i) or in such other area of the State of Florida during said
I
; visitation as may be necessary. The Petitioner is
~
~ directed to keep the Division of Youth Services and to
i' keep the Respondent informed as to the whereabouts of the
I
, j minor child should the Petitioner desire to take the minor
i
~ child to other attractions or areas in the State of
Florida during said visitation. Representatives of the
~ Division of Youth Services shall be permitted to talk with
~I the minor child, April Colleen Carter, to determine any
I
~ problems, wishes or desires which the minor child may be
i~ '
having during said visitation and representatives of the
~I
Division of Youth Services may report any of said items to
i~
EDGAR SHERRARD i~ Circuit Judge L. B. Vocelle should any further orders be
