places. However, said telephone calls shall not be used
to interfere in any manner with visitation.
3. In addition to the visitation set forth above,

~ Expand Visitation Rights, the Petitioner shall have the

right to unmonitored telephone conversations between the

Petitioner and the minor child at reasonable times and the
Petitioner shall have a right to uncensored mail between ~
± the Petitioner and the minor child, April Colleen Carter.

~ 4. Both Petitioner and Respondent are directed to ~

use a11 reasonable efforts to maintain and creat~ a

' feeling of affection between themselves and the minor

! child and neither party shall do anything to hamper the
