ORDER ~
A Final Judgment having been entered in this matter on July
30, 1985, and the case having been affirmed by the Fourth Dis-
trict Court of Appeal, it is thereupon,
ORDERED as follows:
1. Pursuant to the Final Judgment entered by this court on
July 30, 1985, the Amended Final Judqment of August 5, 1985, and
the Stipulated Order dated March 25, 1986, the C1erk of this
Court is hereby ordered and directed to pay from the Registry of
the Court the sum of $44,451.68, together with interest through
June 23, 1986 in the amount af $4,792.08, with a per diem there-
after of $14.61, to Fee, Bryan, Koblegard & Kenney, P.A., as
attorneys for JOHN W. ROHRBACK, plaintiff.
2. The balance remaining on deposit shall be disbursed and
paid by the Clerk to Sneed ~ Messer, P.A., as attorneys for SHELL
ERECTOR OF FLORIDA, INC., defendant.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
