TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE is hereby given that on the date of the filing of
this Lis Pendens, the Plaintiff filed suit against MARIO V.
ANDRADE and MARIA O. ANDRADE, his wife, SEASCAPE II,
INCORPORATED, a Florida Corporation, and H. ROBINSON, the
Defendants herein, to foreclose a certain mortgage on the
following described property in ST. LUCIE County, Florida, to-
wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 8112, of SEASCAPE II, a
Condominium, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records '
Book 362 at Page 2576, and any amendments thereto, of
; the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
