i; 2. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by makinq payment,

settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were '
presented, and by payinq or making provision for the payment of all
expenses of administration.
3. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the
i; personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, or other

agents, if any, employed by the personal representative, is as shown ~

4. Petitioner has filed alI required estate tax returns with the
Interna2 Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State
' of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the ~
