The Caurt finds that no action has been taken herei~ for a period of more
than 1 year(s) and thereupon.
IT IS ADJUDGED THAT:
1. The guardian, Petitioner , counsel of record, and
all interested parties sha11 have up to and including J uly 9, 198 6
in which to show good cause in writing why this proceeding should not be
terminated and the file closed for lack of action; said showing of good
cause to be in writing and filed in this proceeding on or befnre said
date with copies furnished parties and counsel listed belaw.
2. If a showing of good cause is filed and served as provided in
paragraph 1, a hearing to determine whether or not this proceeding should
be c]osed shall be held at ~;~D a.m/~: on the ~ day of
19 , before this court in Room St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort
Pierce, Florida.
3. If within the time specified in paragraph 1 no showing of good
cause is filed and no person has come forward to terminate properly and
lawfully this proceeding, the following action shall occur automatically
without further order of this court;
a. This proceeding shail be considered terminated;
b. This case file sha11 be deemed closed; and
c. Any letters of administration, guardianship previously
issued herein shall stand revoked and be of no further
force and effect.
