prices and upon such terms of credit or otherwise as she may deea~ best;
the whole or any part of ~ny real or personal property, and to execute,
ack~orvledge. and dellver deeds and other proper lnstruments of convey-
ance thereof to the purchaser or purchasers. No purchaser or purchasers
from my said executrix need see to the application of the purchase
money to or for the purposes of the trust, but the receipt of my said
executrix shall be a complete discharge and acquittance therefor. I

ITEM IV: In the event that my daughter, MARILYN JANE HALTEMAN
named as executrix herein predeceases me or for any other reason is
unable to act or to continue to act as executrix hereunder, then and
