The Petitioner, JACK GALE, to the best of his information and belief;
alleges: ~
l. Petitioner is an attorney licensed to_practice law in the State of Plorida
and is in fact practicing law in St. Lucie County, Florida at PHILLIPS ~ GALB, P.A.,
Counsellors at Law~ The Boston House, 239 South Indian River Drive~ Fort Pieres,
Florida 33450.
2. Petitioner was contacted by Mr. Cecil Pritchard at approxlmately 3:15

p.m. on July 3, 1986 and advised that his mother-in-law's sister, Thora Rensky had died
without a Wilt and that the body was located in the Countq Morgue. Mr. Pritchard
contacted undersigned counsel from Osio, Norway, and advised that Hilda Karlsen was
the closest living relative; to wit: the decedent's sister and that Ms. Karlsen could be
reached c/o Basthus, P.O. Box 2424, 0202 Oslo 2, Norway.

3. Mr. Pritchard further advised undersigned counsel that Detective ~
Oscar Farless had in his possession approximately ~9~000 in cash belonging to the
decedent and that the decedent was possessed of further real and personal property;
all of which needed to be martialed, identified and preserved.

' 4. Mr. Pritchard retained the services of PHILLIPS ~ GALB, Counseilors
at Law, to represent the decedent's estate and make proper arrangements for the appoint
ment of a curator herein.
- 5. The nature, approximate value and extent of the assets of the estate
are unknown, however, according to Mr. Pritchard, they are in the approximate total
amount of $100,000.
b. Unless a Curator is appainxed to take charge of the Estate and
~ preserve it for the benefit of those interested in it until Letters are granted, the Estate
will suffer considerable loss and damage for the following reason:
a) Immediate arrangements need to be made to provide for the remains
of the decedent.
b) The assets of the estate need to be martlaled, protected and otherwise
retained for the benefit of those interested in it.
