Petitioner is an attorney licensed to_practice law in the State of Plorida and is in fact practicing law in St. Lucie County, Florida at PHILLIPS ~ GALB, P.A., Counsellors at Law~ The Boston House, 239 South Indian River Drive~ Fort Pieres, Florida 33450. 2. Petitioner was contacted by Mr. Cecil Pritchard at approxlmately 3:15 > p.m. on July 3, 1986 and advised that his mother-in-law's sister, Thora Rensky had died without a Wilt and that the body was located in the Countq Morgue. Mr. Pritchard contacted undersigned counsel from Osio, Norway, and advised that Hilda Karlsen was the closest living relative; to wit: the decedent's sister and that Ms. Karlsen could be reached c/o Basthus, P.O. Box 2424, 0202 Oslo 2, Norway. ~ 3. Mr. Pritchard further advised undersigned counsel that Detective ~ Oscar Farless had in his possession approximately ~9~000 in cash belonging to the decedent and that the decedent was possessed of further real and personal property; all of which needed to be martialed, identified and preserved. ~ ' 4. Mr. Pritchard retained the services of PHILLIPS ~ GALB, Counseilors at Law, to represent the decedent's estate and make proper arrangements for the appoint ment of a curator herein. - 5. The nature, approximate value and extent of the assets of the estate are unknown, however, according to Mr. Pritchard, they are in the approximate total amount of $100,000. b.
