WILLIAM D. HILL
I, WILLIAM D. HILL, a single person of Saint Lucie
County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this E_
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all wills and codicils I formerly may
have made.
ARTICLE I: I direct that all debts which I am legally
obligated to pay at the time of my death, my last illness
and funeral expenses and costs of administration of my
estate shall be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
ARTICLE II: I devise to my children those separate
items of personal property which each of them has given
to me and my wife during our lifetimes. In addition to
those items of personal property hereinbefore mentioned, I
have prepared a separate list of items of personal property
in accordance with Florida law, My personal representative
may assume that no written list exists if none is found
; within thirty days after admission of this ~ill to probate.

~ ARTICLE III: All of the rest, residue and remainder

` of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and

whether acquired before or after the execution of this will,
I devise unto my children, CHARLES EDWIN HILL, RICHARD HILL,
WILLIAM HILL, JR. and VIRGINIA MAY ROBERTSON, in equal
shares, share and share alike. Should either CHARLES HILL,
~ RICHARD HILL or WILLIAM HILL, JR. predecease me, I devise ~

his share to his issue per stirpes. Should VIRGINIA MAY i

ROBERTSON predecease me, I devise her share to my grand-
~ children, SHARON HILL HITE, JAMES GIRARD HILL and RICHARD
~ ALLEN HILL, equally. '

VERO BEACH, Florida as personal representative.
