ARTICLE V: I direct that no personal representative
of my estate shall be required to furnish any bond or
other security in any ~urisdiction for the faithful
performance of his or her duties as such, the same being
specifically waived hereby.
ARTICLE VI: I hereby confer upon my personal
representative, without the necessity of posting bond~ all
of the powers and authority set forth in Section 733.612
of the Florida Statutes and Probate Code and any amendments
thereto. I also hereby confer upon my personal representa-
tive a power to sell, mortgage or lease, without
authorization or confirmation of the court, any real
property of the estate or any interest therein for cash or
credit or for part cash and part credit and with or without
security for unpaid balances. The sale, mortgage or lease
need not be justified by a showing of necessity and the
sale pursuant to power of sale shall be valid.
In the event of my death, my personal representative
is hereby authorized to permit any of my children to
reside temporarily in my mobile home for so long as my
