MURRAY, late af Allegheny County, Common- wealth of Pennsylvania, died on January 10, 1983, leaving a last will and testament dated April 10, 1980, which was duly proven and admitted to probate and record in the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, a court of probate 3urisdiction, on January 17, 1983. 2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to form and manner of execution and devises real property in this County, namely, Lots 2 and 2, Block 501, of PORT ST. LUCIE . . SECTION 10, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 12, page 49, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; and that th~ value of said property does not exceed the sum of $25,000. :r 3. Duly auth~nticated copies of the Last Will and Testament, the petition for probate, the order admitting the Will to probate, and the Certificate of Grant of Letters are filed herewith. ~ 4. That the three-year claim period provided in Florida ~ Statutes has expired and the State of Florida Final Certificate for inheritance and estate tax, No. A-60015 dated January 9, 1986, duplicate original, is attached hereto. WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks for an order admitting the probated will to record in this Conrt.
