I, JOSEPH P. MURRAY, single, of the County of
Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do make this my Will, ~
hereby revoking any and all Wills at any time heretofore made
by me.

FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my last ill-
ness and funeral be paid out of my estate as soon as may be
convenient after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the entire
residue of my estate, real and personal, and wherever situate,
`s to my niece, KATHLEEN E. POERSTEL, of Silver Spring, Maryland.

THIRD: If my niece, KATHLEEN E. POERSTEL, does not

~ survive me, I give, devise and bequeath the entire residue of my
estate, real and personal, to her surviving issue, per stirpes.
FOURTH: I hereby make, constitute and appoint my ;
niece, KATHLEEN E. POERSTEI,, who presently resides at 2400 Plyers ;
Mill Road, Silver Spring, Maryland, to be Executrix af this my ~
Last Will. Should my niece, KATHLEEN E. POERSTEL, fail to qualify
or cease to act as my Executrix, I hereby make, constitute and

FIFTH: I give and grant to my Executrix, in addi-
