at such time and for such price and upon such terms and conditions
as she may see fit, or in her discretion, to retain the same for
distribution in kind, and the power, but not the duty, to invest
any cash without being limited to "legal" investments.
SIXTH: If any property (other than tangible per-
sonal property) as to which I am entitled to appoint a guardian
shall pass to a minor by reason of my death, I appoint Mellon Bank
N.A. guardian of the estate of said minor as to such property,
authorizing such guardian, in its sole discretion and without
order of court, to retain such property in kind ar to sell the
same, giving good title to any real estate, to invest and reinvest
in stocks, bonds or other investments without being limited to
investments which are legal for a minor's funds, and to use both ~

income and principal for the minor's welfare, comfort, recreation, '
support and education, inc2uding preparatory, college and post-
graduate or professional training.
SEVENTH: No personal representative, trustee or
guardiar? of mine shall be required to pos~ bond for the faithful
performance of her, his or its duties in any jurisdiction.
EIGHTH: I direct my Executrix to claim any ex-
penses of administration of my estate as income tax deductions
upon an income tax return or returns whenever, in the sole judgment
of my Executrix, such action will achieve an overall reduction in
the income and death taxes. No compensating adjustments between
