with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and that it
devises real property located in this County, owned by the
decedent at the time of death; said property more particularly
described as follows: -
Lots 1 and 2, Block 501, of PORT ST. LUCIE ,
SECTION 10, a Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 49, Public Records of St. Lucie County, ,
Florida;
and the Court finding that the three-year claim period has
