15. The mortgagor iurther covenan~~h~~~uld this mortgage and the note secured hereby not be eligible for insurance under
the National Housing Act within from the date hereof (written statement of any
officer of the Department of Housing ~~a ~evelopment or authorized agent of the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development deted subsequent to the ~~~"'A~~' time from the date of this mortgage, declining to insure said note and
this mortgage, being deemed conclusive proof of such ineligibility), the mortgagee or the holder of the ~ote may, at its option, declare

16. Attorney's fees, as used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "Attorney's Fees" shall include attorney's iees, if any, which
shall be awarded by an Appellate Court.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benetits and advantages shall inure to, the respective heirs, executors,

plural the singular, and the use ot any gender shall include all genders.
