20. I.esde~ ia Paskaios. Upon accekration under p~ragraph 19 or abandonment of the Property, Len~er (by
judicially appointed raxiverj shall be entitled to rnter upon, take poases.sion of and manage the Property and to coilect the
rents of the Property including thase past due. Any nnts collectal by Lender or the receivtr shall be applied first to
payment of the caats of management of the Property and collection of rents, including. but not limited to, rtceiver's fees,
premiums on teceiv~r's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fas, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment of all sums socurod by this Socurity Instrument. I.ender shall release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any rooordation costs.
