KATHRYN I. KETCHUM to dismiss the complaint and the court having
heard argument of counsel, considered to file and being
otherwised fully and well advised in the premises, it is

be and it is hereby granted as to count two and the plaintiff
shall have twenty days to amend count two to provide more
