4. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum due
superior to any right, title, interest, claim or estate of
defendants, or any of them, in and to the property described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
5. If the total sum due, with interest at the rate
prescribed by law, and all costs of this action accruing sub-
sequent to this judgment are not paid within three days from
this date, the clerk of this court shall sell the property at
public sale on r , 19 ~(Q at ~ dV M. , to the
highest bidder or idders for cash, except as set forth herein-
after, in the lobby of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, PQrt
St. Lucie, County, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031,
Florida Statutes (1979).
6. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of
this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk if the ;

Plaintiff is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit the Plain-
~ tiff's bid with the total sum due hereunder with interest and

costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as

~ 7. Rfter confirmation of the sale, whether confirma-
tion be by the Clerk's filinq the Certificate of Title or by
Order of this Court ruling upon objections ~o the sale, the

second, documentary stamps affi~ed tc the certificate; third,
