MOTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ATTORNEY AND
GOARDIAN AD LITE[~
The Plaintiff, TROPICAL AOMES CONSTRUCTION, INC.,
by and through its undersigned attorneys, moves this Court
for the entry of an Order Appointing an Attorney and Guardian
Ad Litem, to repxesent the inteerest of the Defendants
herein, FRANCISCO LOPEZ ORTZZ and AIDA L. GUTIERREZ de LOPEZ,
his wife, and as grounds therefore," Plaintiff would state as
follows:
1. The aforementioned Defendants and all other
persons claiming by, through, under or against the said
Defendants have not appeared, answered, served, or filed any
pleadings whatsoever in this cause within the time allowed by
law.
2. The Plaintiff has attempted to obtain personal
service on said Defendants but has been unable to locate said
Defendants, and desire the appointment of an Attorney and
Guardian Ad Litem in this action to assist in the location of
the Defendants.
3. That this Motion is made so that title
insurance policies can be issued on said property at thE
conclusion of this law suit, and by this Motion asking this
