4. That Glenn M. Blake, Ssqufre, of Blaks & Torres,
P.A., has agreed to act in said capacity should this Court
appoint him to so act.
WHEREFORE, the undersiqned moves this Honorable
Court for an Order appointing an Attorney and Guar~ian Ad
Litem and further requests this Court appoint Glenn M. Blake,
Esquire, as Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem ~o act in the
interest of said Defendants without the necessity of filing a
bond.
