the Court having heard arugment of all Counsel, and being fully ~

advised in the premise, it is hereby:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ~

1. That the Court hereby authorizes the Receiver to ;
execute Reciever's Certificates in the face amount of One
~ i
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) each, for a total of ;
: Three Hundred Thousand (~300,000.00) Dollars, in the form !
attached hereto as EXHIBIT 'A'. ;
2. That the Said Certificate shall state on its face ~
i ~
that it is junior to the existing mortgages on the property, j ~
including the mortgage of Erskine, Tinkham, and Bucheit, and ~ !
Ben Franklin Savings & Loan, but shall be superior in right, ~

title and interest to all other claims on said property. ~
3. That Gunster, Yoakley Criser & Stewart, P.A. is
hereby confirmed as the Counsel for Receiver.
4. That the Receiver shall have the authority to
' retain other personnel in his company and his related companies j
,
to complete his duties as set forth in the June 18, 1986, Court ~
Order appointing him as Receiver in ~his matter. I
