been advised that all parties had consented to the consolidation
of cases numbered $5-753-CA-17 and 86-519-CA-09, upon considera-
tion it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I

1. That the case of WATERWOOD HOMES CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, and BEN FRANRLIN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, Plaintiffs, vs R. JAMES ERSKINE, GARY TINKHAM, B. J.
BUCHEIT, JR. and ERSRINE FLORIDA PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida
corporation, Defendants, (Case No. 85-753-CA-17) and the case of
BEN FRANKLIN SAVINGS, Plaintiff~ vs WATERWOOD HOMES CORPORATION,
