and future pleadings.
2. That R. JAMES ERSKINE and ERSKINE FLORIDA PROPERTIES,
INC. may file a Third Party Complaint against BEN FRANKLI~i
SAVINGS, and BEN FRANKLIN SAVINGS shall have twenty (20) days
from receipt in which to respond.
3. That R. JAMES ERSKINE and ERSKINE FLORIDA PROPERTIES,
INC. Motion to Amend and Restate Answer, Affirmative Defenses,
and Counterclaim is granted and said pleadings are allowed to be
filed. Each party impacted by the pleadings shall have twenty
(20) days from the date of service in which to respond by motion,
objection or responsive pleading.
4. That the other.matters noticed for hearing are moot as
the result of the qranting of the Motion to Amend and Restate the
Answer. ~
