All fixtsres, appliances, apparatus, equipment, hea~ing and
air conditioning equipment, machinery and articles of personal
property ai~d replacements the~eof now or hereafter affixed to,
attached to, placed upon, or used in any way in connection with
the complete and comfortable use, occuga~cy or opera*ion of the
real property described below (hereinafter referred to as the
°real property"). >
All ~icenses ~nd permits used or required in connection
with the use of said real property, ali lease~ of said real
property now or hereafter entered into and all right, title and
interest of debtor thereunder, including without limitation, cash
or s~curities deposited thereunder pursuant t.o said leases, and
all rents, issues, proceeds ar.d profits accruing from said real
praperty.
All proceeds of the conversion, voluntary or involuntary, of
any of the above-descrihed items of pers~nal property into cash
