9. The Plaintiff may bid at the sale and if the Plaintiff ie
the auccea$ful bidder, it shall be entitled to credit on ita bid vg to
the full amount due under decree.
10. That upon the ssle being hgd in accordance with Chapter
702 of the Florida Statutes, and upon the Clerk filing the Certificate
of Sale, and upon the clerk filing the Certificate of Title as provided
by Chapter 702 of t'he Florida S~atutes, the sale shall atand confirmed
and tine Defendants and all peracns claiming by, through or under them
shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any equity or right of
redemption in and [o Lhe above described property, and the purchaser at
the sale or the purchasers, their heirs, representative, successore or
assigna without delaq shall be let izto possession of the ~remises so
conveqed and Lhe clerk o~ the court is directed to issu~ a~rrit of
posses~ion to said purchaser forthwith upon the sale taking place.
11. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Defendants, and all
persons claiming under or against them since the filing of the notice
€ of lis pendens are foreclosed of all eatate or claim in the property

and the purchaser at that time shsll be let into poasession of the
